Donation Instructions for Auction Winners
Congrats!
You’ve won at item in our Spring Auction Fundraiser!
To claim your win, please follow the instructions below:
1. Make your donation via the WCM Paypal with your winning bid amount
2. In the description section of your PayPal payment, indicate the business who donated the winning item and include your email address!
Example: Thinking Tree Spirits, your.email@email.com
This is extremely important so that we are able to connect you via email with the right person to collect your win!
3. Please make your donation by March 25th at 11:59pm. If we do not receive your donation by then, the item will go to the next highest bidder.
4. Within a week of receiving your donation in Paypal, we will email you and the business to coordinate how to collect your win!
